The Terms & Conditions detailed below outline the relationship between the “User” and jrbenet.com, belonging to the company J.R. Benet.  We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read an accept our general Conditions of Sale.  These Terms & Conditions of Sale are important to you and J.R. Benet as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

Our website is a work in progress, and therefore, things may change.  We reserve the right to update our Website as needed and without any notice.  We work hard to ensure our Website is up and available, but we cannot guarantee that the Website will not have downtime.  We reserve the right to close the Website as needed for general maintenance.  We will not be liable if for any reason all or part of the Website is unavailable for any length of time.

We do not guarantee that the website or any content provided on the website is error free.  We take great care uploading product information, descriptions and images but we will not be held liable for any mistakes or omissions to any information provided.

The website may require you to input a password to access certain features.  This is to be able to give you details regarding your order, while keeping them private to you.  When creating an account, we recommend you choose a strong password and keep your account information confidential and up to date.

Prices reflected on the Website do not include tax and delivery.  Tax and delivery costs will be shown and invoiced at the end of the order, in addition to the price of the product(s).

We will always attempt to fulfill your order once completed and paid for.  If an item should become temporarily unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will notify you with the expected delivery date. NOTE:  Firefly Jewelry items are all made to order.  If an item is temporarily unavailable or out of stock, items can take 4-6 weeks to ship from the date an order was placed.  We will notify you with the expected delivery date.

Shipping Policy:

We currently ship to the U.S. only.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.  We will make every effort to process / ship orders within 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date the order was received.  During high seasonality, shipping times may vary.  All orders will ship Ground U.S.P.S.  For Express Shipping, please contact us directly at 904-824-6552.  All orders will be gift boxed and price tags will be removed.

We offer Free Shipping (Ground U.S.P.S.) on orders over $150 (before taxes and delivery).  For Express Shipping, please contact us directly at 904-824-6552.

Return Policy:  Refund or Exchange / Store Credit

J.R. Benet will issue a refund in the form (credit card) and amount of the original tender paid when each of the following conditions have been met:

• Merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase; and
• Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition; and
• Merchandise must be accompanied by the original J.R. Benet receipt or customer purchase can be verified in our sales system.

Your right of return starts from the day your order is delivered.  You can return the merchandise to us within this fourteen (14) day timeframe, at your own expense.  We recommend returning merchandise by registered mail for tracking purposes.

J.R. Benet will issue an exchange/store credit for the original amount when each of the following conditions have been met:

• Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; and
• Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition; and
• Merchandise must be accompanied by the original J.R. Benet receipt or customer purchase can be verified in our sales system.

All exchanges/store credits will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate from J.R. Benet.  Gift Certificate will be emailed.  It is the responsibility of the customer to treat the Gift Certificate as cash.  J.R. Benet will not be held responsible for a lost or stolen Gift Certificate.  Gift Certificates can be redeemed online or in store.
